How do I establish an account with EnclosureHub?
Customers wishing to establish a credit terms account must complete the credit application prior to terms being established. Completed credit applications can be returned via fax (216-267-5392) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
How do I get a quote?
The prices shown online are our actual prices available to all customers. formal quotes can be provided for bulk or custom orders. Email us at email@example.com. You can also log into your account and contact us via the Help Desk on Enclosurehub.com.
How do I place an order?
- Log in at the top right hand corner of any page.
- Add product to cart.
- Click View Cart to check out or Continue Shoppingto add more items to your cart.
- When you are done adding items to your cart click Checkout.
- Enter required billing and shipping information.
- Select shipment method.
- Select payment method (Credit Card or Terms) and enter payment information.
- Click Place Order.
My order should be tax exempt. What should I do?
All tax exempt customers must provide a tax exempt certificate. Please fax to us at (216) 267-5392.
When will my order ship?
Each Manufacturer has different shipping terms. If items are in stock the following shipping times apply:
Hammond - Same day if received by 12pm EST (Mon-Fri)
Altelix - Ships within 1-2 Business Days (Mon- Fri)
Adalet - Ships within 1 Business Day (Mon - Fri)
BUD - Ships same day if received by 12pm EST (Mon - Fri)
I chose an expedited shipping Method, what does that mean?
If you choose to have your order shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3 Day select, this time starts at the time the shipment is picked up by the carrier. The standard order lead time applies to all orders.
What is my password?
If you have forgotten your password click the link at the right hand top of the page to log in. Under the account login information there is a link you can click to have it emailed to you. You can also contact customer care and they can provide or reset your password for you.
Why can’t I sign in?
Are you registered on our website? If not, register.
Verify that you are entering the same email address you used during registration.
Passwords for the site are case sensitive and must be entered the exact same way they were entered during registration.

Are all the products on your site new?
Yes, all of the products on our website are new. We do not carry any used or refurbished items.
Does your website show stock availability?
We are currently working on updating our inventory to reflect current stock availability. There are many items that are not updated with this feature as of now. You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed. If an item is not in stock shortly after receiving the confirmation you will receive another e-mail letting you know the lead time of the unavailable items prompting you to contact us if you need help finding an in stock item.
Does EnclosureHub ship to addresses outside of the United States?
EnclosureHub can only ship product to addresses in the contiguous United States at this time.
How will my product be shipped with Free Shipping?
With Free Shipping, your product will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
I should be given Free Shipping per your website. Why am I being charged?
If your order contains items which do not qualify for the free shipping you will be charged the cost to ship those items.
Can my order be shipped overnight, 2 day, etc?
Yes, as long as the product is in stock. If you order by phone, All express orders, overnight, second day, and three day deliveries placed by phone must be received by 11:30am Eastern Standard Time in order for us to attempt to ship it out that day.
How fast does EnclosureHub products ship?
We carry a substantial inventory of stainless steel, fiberglass and carbon steel enclosures, allowing us to feature same-day shipment on most orders. Refer to the products pages for typical lead times for each product series and size.
Can EnclosureHub help me select Products?
YES. Our customer service and technical support teams have decades of experience working with industrial electrical enclosures and their accessories. Our chat feature is available from 8am to 5pm EST where you can chat directly with a customer service team member.
What Certifications Are Available?
All enclosures offered by EnclosureHub, except the painted mild steel, are NEMA 4X rated. All of these enclosures are listed by Underwriters Laboratories for the United States (UL) and Canada (cUL). The painted mild steel enclosures are manufactured by Hammond Mfg, an ISO 9002 certified company, and are listed by UL and Canadian Standards Association (CSA). These enclosures are NEMA 4 and NEMA 12 rated. The stainless steel and aluminum enclosures are manufactured by Adalet, an ISO 9001 certified company. The fiberglass enclosures are manufactured to EnclosureHub design specifications.
What are your warranties?
All products are backed by a 30-day replacement warranty against any manufacturing defects.
